HOW DO I GET 24/7 ACCESS?
24/7 access is included with all active Forge memberships.
To get started, you’ll first enroll in one of our services (Personal Training, Small Group Training, or Pilates). Once you’re set up, we’ll activate your access.
WHEN DOES MY ACCESS START?
Access is activated after a quick in-person setup where we register your fingerprint for secure entry.
We’ll coordinate this with you shortly after you get started.
CAN I JUST SIGN UP FOR GYM ACCESS ONLY?
No. Forge Fitness is a coaching-based facility. Access is reserved for clients actively participating in one of our services.
IS THE GYM ACTUALLY OPEN 24/7
Yes. Members with the Access Pass can enter the facility at any time — early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays.
ARE ALL SERVICES THE SAME
No. All clients receive access to the facility, but the level of structure and programming depends on the service you choose.

CAN I TRAIN ON MY OWN OUTSIDE OF SESSIONS?
Yes.
24/7 access allows you to train on your own time outside of your scheduled sessions. Many clients use this to stay consistent and reinforce their progress.
IS THIS GYM MONITORED DURING OFF-HOURS?
Yes. The facility uses 24/7 video surveillance, alarm systems, and controlled biometric entry for safety.
CAN I BRING A GUEST
No. For liability and security reasons, guests are not allowed to enter during 24/7 hours unless they have their own membership.
WHAT IF I LOSE ACCESS OR HAVE TROUBLE ENTERING?
You will be given a unique passcode you may also enter. If your fingerprint doesn’t scan or you experience any issues, contact us via email or phone. We can reset access or schedule a re-scan.
CAN I SWITCH TO ANOTHER MEMBERSHIP LATER?
Yes. You can upgrade to a training package, class membership, or hybrid membership anytime.
