REFORMER VS
MAT
REFORMER PILATES uses spring resistance for precision, control, and progressive load — ideal for strength, mobility, and postural work.
MAT PILATES focuses on core activation, bodyweight strength, and control — excellent for building foundational movement patterns.
NOTE: MAT PILATES is offered as part of our class-based memberships.
REFORMER PILATES is a separate service with its own pricing structure due to the equipment, session format, and level of personalization involved.

Semi-Private PILATES

PRIVATE 1-ON-1 PILATES
Train in a small, supportive group setting — capped at just 3 clients per class — so you get focused instruction, personalized adjustments, and shared energy without sacrificing form.
Group classes are scheduled weekly and priced affordably. Great for consistency, accountability, and fun.
