For those new to strength training, this class is your launchpad.  We focus on movement quality, proper form, and building strength from the ground up.  Ideal for beginners, returners, or anyone looking to reinforce the basics in a supportive, coach-led setting 

YIN YOGA

DEEP STRETCHING FOR RECOVERY & STILLNESS

Yin targets the connective tissues through long-held, passive stretches. It’s quiet, introspective, and the perfect balance to intense training. Ideal for mobility, recovery, and nervous system reset.

ADVANCED STRENGTH AND ATHLETIC CONDITIONING

This high-intensity class is for experienced lifters and athletes ready to push limits. Expect progressive overload, compound lifts, power work, and serious conditioning — all under the eye of expert coaches. Come ready to train hard.

VINYASA YOGA

FLOW-BASED MOVEMENT WITH BREATH CONTROL

Move with intention and rhythm. Vinyasa links breath with movement in a dynamic flow that builds strength, flexibility, and mental clarity. Expect a steady pace, creative sequencing, and a physical meditation in motion.

HATHA

SLOW-PACED FLOW FOR BALANCE & BREATH

Hatha focuses on foundational poses, breathwork, and alignment. It’s slower-paced than vinyasa and great for beginners or anyone wanting to improve flexibility, reduce stress, and build body awareness in a calming environment.

MAT PILATES

CORE-FOCUSED BODYWEIGHT CONDITIONING

Mat Pilates builds deep core strength, improves posture, and enhances mobility — all with controlled, low-impact movements. A great complement to strength training or a standalone practice for stability and body awareness.
