MY STORY

I’ve spent my whole career helping people who never really felt “at home” in gyms finally find their footing. My background is in Exercise Science and Nutrition, and over the years I’ve coached everyone from complete beginners to folks dealing with chronic health issues, injuries, and long histories of stop-and-start attempts.

Forge Fitness grew out of a simple idea: when people feel supported, understood, and given a plan that actually fits their life, everything changes. I don’t believe in extremes or quick fixes. I’m more interested in helping people slowly build habits that feel doable — the kind that stick long after motivation comes and goes.

 

My approach blends the science of training and nutrition with real-life practicality. I want clients to feel strong, capable, and confident in spaces that often make them feel the opposite.
